Pirates Timeline

Pirates Timeline:

-Captain Drushka commands the Storm Hook with a crew of salt dogs.

-Somewhere between Ghelspad and Blood Port, owing to some unpleasantness, Capt. Drushka looses his temper, and murders his entire crew, save for a shipwright called 'Old Shaw.'

-The STorm Hook limps into Blood Port under the hands of only two men, and takes on an entirely new crew.  Including a gnome and a smidgin from Termana, most likely as pets, as well as a Sea Witch from Fangsfall.

-
-Other hands are taken from the crews of captured ships, when they possessed useful skills.

-
-The Storm Hook cuts a bloody swath along the crossing from Ghelspad to Bloodport
-

-
-Under Capt. Drushka's hand, the crew again became disgruntled, and a mutiny against him was raised.
-While Drushka survived the uprising, he was cast overboard into the expanse of the Blood Sea.
-
-The smidgin Leeloo Apple-Blossom is voted Captain of the Storm Hook.
-
-
-The Storm Hook lands in Shelzar, where a portion of Drushka's treasure is squandered and spent.
-
-Drushka's pet gnome is lost in the markets of Shelzar, never to be found again.
-
-The Storm Hook's Quartermaster, an Venirian Elf named “Fetch”, deserts the crew, taking with her the remnants of the ship's wealth.
-
-A desperate madman ascends the heights of the temple of Enkili, begging for a nameless friend to be found…  It is said that he was given a blessing and a curse, and cast back to earth.  

A Demon is conjured to kill Old Shaw, who had recently visited the Menagerie of Shelzar. The ship is damaged, but the demon is repelled.

-The new Quartermaster of the Hook, a Shelzari man called Jax Spin, acquires his first taste of Kadum's Blood.

-The Storm Hook departs Shelzar, with a course set for Blood Port.

-The Fisherman of Blood Port notes the absence of his slytherin companion. 

Matzool, the Illtrawler, casts his nets from the Hungry Reef…

The Storm Hook suffers a shattered mast at the hands of Coreanic Knights stationed in Haven, the ship nearly runs aground on the Hungry Reefs

A pact is struck with the Mad Giant Deadmoon; the Ship is repaired, & a bountiful vessel is revealed off the coast of Minhar's Folly. The price for the Titanspawn's aid; the life of a Priest of Belsameth, to be collected within 3 years.

-Put to harbor in the Blood Isles, the Pride of Elz, a trade ship for House Finn of Shelzar, is beset by the Storm Hook.

-The whole of the crew of the Elz is put to the sword, including the captain, Iblis Ferahdi, nephew to the Patriarch of House Finn.

-It is said that the assault was lead by a maurauder possessed of a glowing purple tooth…  Henceforth known as the Purple Maurader.
-
-Francisco Phagiano, Navigator of the Storm Hook, is named Captain of the Pride of Elz.
-
-Somewhere in this time, it is said that the Old Man Shaw began speaking with two voices.

-The Hook is next seen making port in Blood Bayou, in Termana.

- Near this time, it is said that a village off the coast of the Karsia was sacked by the Purple Maurader.
-
-It is in this time that it is said Old Shaw was seized from his deck by a Kraken, only to return some days later…  No similar story had ever been told.
-
-The Elz makes port at Blood Bayou, and transfers cargo to the Hook.
-
-A portion of the cargo is sold in Blood Bayou…  Minhar's Folly, A potent and illicit drug.
-
-The two ship fleet is known to be under the command of one Admiral Apple-Blossom.
-

-On the fleet's departure from Blood Bayou, known to be hauling a valuable cargo, they were set upon by a contingent of the Krewe of Waves, under the flag of Capt. Anton Farseer_
-
-Over the course of the battle, Admiral Apple-Blossom's fleet sank two of the Carnival ships, and slew a great sea monster under their command.

-Capt. Farseer of the Krewe of Waves acknowledges defeat at the hands of Admiral Apple-Blossom, and retreats from the engagement.

-The Apple Fleet is next seen landing in Dragonsport, where due respect was given by the big-folk to the smidgin admiral returning triumphantly to her homeland.

-It is said that from this point forward, the Apple Fleet was crewed nearly entirely by smidgins, making them the first predominantly smidgin nautical crew of any kind.

-From here, accurate records of the Apple Fleet become somewhat difficult to obtain, and we must rely on hear-say, and second hand stories.
-
-The Apple fleet was next sighted traveling East through the Elven Kingdoms, boldly flying pirate colors in mere running.
-This report comes from a Shelzari concubine transport, that escaped the port unmolested by the Apple Fleet.
-
-It is said that as they departed, the Witch of the Hook stood upon the prow and waived her arms to the sky…  And that a violent storm appeared near from nowhere, and beset the whole of the area.
-In that same Elven Port was seen to be a Karsian merchantman…  This ship was never seen again.
-
-While word of the smidgin crew aboard the Storm Hook became famous, the reports from the Shelzari tell a different story…  They claim monsters walked there decks…  Two great giants, a man with a shark's grin, and a beaver large enough to chew through a mast, along with a myriad of other Titan-spawn.

-It's said that from there, the Apple Fleet began having trouble…

-They were said to have traveled far to the east, to the Elven isle of magic.

-It was said that a vile curse took Old Shaw
-
-It is said that in this time the Rat-Man of their crew grew a cancerous and frightening third testicle. 
-
-It was said that they were deceived by a demon, and lost upon the Blood Sea.
-
-Survivors claimed that they came upon a ring of isles surrounding a drowned volcano that yet still burned.
-
-They say that there they encountered the Blood Hound of Gaurak the Glutton.
-
-It is said that they suffered disease and mutiny, and that much of import to them was  lost.

-It was in this time that they ultimately landed upon the forsaken isle where Sir Joban Reynersson of Mythril was cast away some ten years past.
-
-There, stores were restored, and repairs to the fleet were made.
-
-
-It is said that from there, they found their way back to Ghelspad not by the charting of the stars, but in the dealing with sea monsters.
-

-
-Whatever whole or part of these stories is true, under the crescent moon of Belsameth, the Apple Fleet appeared in the port of Mythril, carrying with them Sir Joban Reynersson of Corian's Knights.
-
-A hero's welcome was provided the crew and Admiral in the streets of Mythril, and what unimaginable wealth they had acquired over their voyage was divided and spent.
-

-Many of their crew took their wealth and went their separate ways.
-The Witch of Fangsfall was said to have boarded a ship bound for the distant and burning continent of Asharak.
-The Purple Marauder was said to have bartered passage to the Toe Isles, to face the challenge of entry to the Empire of the Sea.
-
-Admiral Appleblossom was in this time granted a Privateer's license by the Council of Mythril, legitimizing her operation and the whole of her crew.
-The Pride of Elz was sold at good cost to the trade house House Mirth.

-It is known that the Purple Marauder returned from the Toe Islands, and seized the Pride of Elz from House Mirth, to again set ravage to the Blood Sea.
-

-An Asuras Frigate and escort fleet, bound for Mythril, in this time was assaulted by the Empire of the Sea.
-The Empire's fleet, commanded by the Empress of the Sea herself, and led at the front by the Purple Marauder, sank two of the Hedradan escort ships, and captured the Frigate.
-

-Mythril and Hedrad declare a state of open war with the Empire of the Sea.
-

-Admiral Appleblossom is known to have purchased a fine manor and lands within the walls of the Temple City of Mythril, hereafter known as 'The Apple Blossom Estate'.
-

-The Storm Hook, under legitimate papers and flags, once again sets to sea, this time bound Westward for Darakeen.
-
-In passing Hadrod and the newly founded Fort Deneval, the Rat-Man is said to have detached his cancerous third testicle, given it to Admiral Appleblossom as a token of gratitude, and leapt overboard.  The creature has not been seen since.

-Rounding the archipelago of Calastia, the Shark-Tooth man is said to have put ashore, not to return.

-The Twins of House Mirth return to Shelzar aboard the Pride of Elz. Bearing with them the Sword of Iblis, and the head of the Purple Marauder. 

-The 3 years of Deadmoon's Pact expire, with the Pirates unable to fulfill it.
